Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Welcome to Currenco. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use our website, submit an inquiry, request a proposal, or work with us for custom software and digital product services.

These Terms are intended to work alongside our Privacy Policy and any written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or project agreement that applies to a specific engagement.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Currenco website, contact forms, content, and any custom software, website, app, automation, consulting, design, development, maintenance, or related services provided by Currenco.

By visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, or working with Currenco, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or request services from Currenco.

2. Services

Currenco provides custom software and digital product services, including website development, app development, systems development, dashboards, backend/API development, AI integrations, workflow automation, maintenance, testing, and related technical services.

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, ownership terms, support periods, and responsibilities will be described in a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement before work begins. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control for that project.

3. Project Inquiries and Client Information

When you submit an inquiry or communicate with Currenco, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to share.

You are responsible for the accuracy of project requirements, business information, content, assets, credentials, approvals, and feedback you provide. Delays in providing required information, assets, approvals, or access may affect project timelines.

4. Acceptable Website Use

You agree to use the Currenco website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website, its security, or other users.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Currenco systems, servers, forms, email accounts, or infrastructure.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to copy or misuse website content without permission.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, harmful, abusive, unlawful, or infringing content through the website or contact forms.
  • Do not use the website to send spam, malicious code, fraudulent requests, or security attacks.
  • Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Currenco content, branding, or website materials without written permission.

5. Payments, Proposals, and Refunds

Currenco does not sell fixed self-service subscriptions through this website. Fees for custom services are quoted based on project scope, complexity, timelines, integrations, and support needs.

Payment terms, milestones, deposits, late-payment terms, revision limits, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, deposits, paid milestones, strategy work, discovery work, design work, development work, and other completed services are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

Currenco owns or licenses the content, design, code, text, graphics, logos, components, methods, templates, processes, and other materials used on the Currenco website unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Currenco website content or branding without written permission.

For client projects, ownership of final deliverables, source code, designs, licenses, third-party assets, and reusable tools will be handled according to the applicable proposal or project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Currenco may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, know-how, reusable components, internal processes, and non-client-specific materials used to deliver services.

7. Client Content and Approvals

You retain ownership of original content, brand assets, data, and materials you provide to Currenco. You grant Currenco permission to use those materials as needed to evaluate, design, build, test, deliver, and support the requested services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide any content, images, copy, data, credentials, software, or third-party materials shared with Currenco.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables, content, legal copy, claims, pricing, business information, and launch materials before publication unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

8. AI and Automation Features

Some Currenco services may include AI-assisted workflows, automations, integrations, generated content, summaries, routing, or decision-support features.

AI and automation outputs may contain errors, omissions, biases, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving automated workflows and AI-assisted outputs before relying on them in business-critical, legal, financial, medical, safety-sensitive, or customer-facing contexts.

Currenco does not guarantee that AI or automation features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case unless specific performance obligations are included in a written project agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

Currenco projects and website functionality may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, payment processors, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, AI providers, app stores, CMS tools, domain providers, and other software services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, uptime, privacy practices, and policies. Currenco is not responsible for failures, changes, outages, pricing changes, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

10. Portfolio and Case Study Use

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Currenco may refer to completed work, public websites, non-confidential deliverables, project names, client names, logos, screenshots, and general project descriptions in its portfolio, marketing materials, proposals, and case studies.

Currenco will not intentionally disclose confidential business information that has been clearly identified as confidential by the client.

11. Privacy

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Currenco, its team members, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your content or materials, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Suspension or Refusal of Service

Currenco may refuse, pause, or terminate access to the website or services where we reasonably believe there is unlawful activity, non-payment, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or conduct that may harm Currenco, its clients, users, systems, or third parties.

16. Changes to These Terms

Currenco may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, business practices, or website functionality.
